The new CSC R-module was introduced in June - now Holcim has certified the first two concrete sites in Stuttgart and Kirchheim/Teck. The R-module proves that the certified concrete is made with recycled aggregates - on top of being compliant with all criteria for CSC Gold. This means that it can be taken into account with points in various building certification systems (including BREEAM and DGNB). Holcim R concrete does not only preserve natural resources, it is also good-looking, as shown in the recent project Campus Rauner in Kirchheim/Teck with the company Heinrich Feess GmbH & Co. KG. published by the DAB Germany Architects Journal ( https://www.dabonline.de/2020/03/17/recycling-beton-als-sichtbeton-fuer-schule-bauschutt-rbeton/).
